6 months ago we had another AC company come out for a routine checkup and they tried to sell us new coils ($$$$$$) but we declined. Fast forward to this weekend and our ac was blowing warm, and we feared the worst.

I called AC Comfort and they were able to send a tech out almost right away. The technician came out and was very polite and professional. We told him our issues and he ran a full diagnostic. He was able to replace the broken part right away, and fill our coolant and we're blowing cold again, all in a few hours!

Interestingly, he checked the coils (after we told him about the other company) and he mentioned that they looked to be working in great condition and we DON'T need new coils.

I will never trust anyone else to work on my AC. Thank you Rey, thank you Dylan, and thank you AC Comfort!

Ozzie came recently to swap out filters and after taking some photos in the attic, he walked me through several maintenance tips on how to set the thermostat in a way to protect our units long-term. He was detailed, patient, and extremely kind.

They provided sound advice to support our decision making for repairs vs a new unit. We appreciated their honesty and that they wore shoe boots for floor protection. Great team and plan to recommend and use them in the future.

Had a problem with my compressor not working when I got home from work and I contacted AC Comfort via the web to set up a service call. They responded within an hour and asked if I needed service that day as they had availability. Fortunately the weather was not too bad so I told them the next day would be fine. Jose came out at 11 the next morning and diagnosed that my compressor fan bearing had gone out which was causing the problem. He was able to fix the problem then and there and also did a full system check on my A/C. Jose was very professional and he was extremely personable. I have been using AC Comfort for a number of years and they have never let me down or done anything but A+ work. I wouldn't choose anyone else for my A/C work.
