I’ve never had any issues with scheduling in the past, but today was different. I called a week out to schedule my appointment. They gave me a 2 hour window. Then sent a reminder email for the day and time. I even received a call when the tech was 30 minutes away. After 50 minutes I called for an ETA. They called back and said there was a scheduling mix up and they could send a tech between 11-1pm. This didn’t work due to my schedule. Well they made it work and sent Rey out. Rey got to my house right before 10am . Rey was professional and apologetic. Rey got the work completed in a timely manner and showed me pics off all of his work. Thanks again Rey

My heat stopped working rite before the week of (historic power failure) snowing. Jose was friendly did a very good job of diagnosing and explaining it to me. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars was because of inability To resolve my issue When needed the most due to non-availability of parts. My family had had fend for ourselves with no heat for 3 days before moving to relatives house. Otherwise Jose was friendly , very professional. Yes I will recommend him and AC comfort to my friends and family.
