Absolutely amazing service. Called at 5:30pm on a Monday and they showed up before 6 and found the problem immediately and had me fixed and ice cold again by 7:30. Dillon was my technician and he was phenomenal, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I 10/10 recommend this company for any of your AC needs

We are extremely happy with the entire AC Confort team. They did all that we agree, the service team is very professional, they are committed with the customer and most important the priority for them is the customer. We highly recommend AC comfort, Jose and his team for the maintenance and for new installations as well.

Dealing with AC Comfort went about as smoothly as anything could possibly go when you are dealing with a maintenance service. The scheduler who answered the phone was super polite and explained their services. I was originally on the schedule for just over two weeks out, but after a few days, I was informed of a cancellation and moved up the schedule.
They have stellar communication. I received an email and text immediately after scheduling the original time, updating the schedule, the day before as a reminder, and after paying the bill as a confirmation.
On the day of the new appointment, he technician, Osiel, phoned ahead to confirm gate information and arrived on time. He was very polite and thorough. Osiel, Handled everything my AC system required, and then explained everything some companies may recommend going forward. During that explanation, he also explained which of those things were actually of value. Again....thorough.
AC Comfort and Osiel seem like a great company and tech.
