AC Comfort showed up within 3 hours of our phone call. Service tech immediately diagnosed the problem and had the parts to repair on his truck. Great response and repair. We highly recommend AC Comfort for your HVAC needs. This was our second time to use them and both times they were great!!
I have been using AC comfort for a few years now and they always provide a first-class service, very easy to schedule appointments and have very well-trained technicians, always provide a very detailed report and recommendations for anything that needs attention, would definitely recommend this company.
They're the best AC company near me! I had them install a new HVAC unit in 2020 and have had 2 houses on their maintenance plan since. They take photos, measure readings, check up, and walk through everything with you. They're not aggressive salesmen and will give recommendations based on their findings. Ozzy is a great guy and very friendly! The lady who picks up the phone (I don't know her name) is friendly and works fast to get your questions answered! They go above and beyond in taking care of your unit, keeping the attic neat, and respecting your home by wearing shoe covers. Overall, they're an honest company with great people who care about your comfort, which they stand behind in the name!
Everyone I've interacted with in person or on the phone have been great. I was new to the HVAC contract idea when I moved to TX, but I'm so glad I went with AC Comfort, no regrets at all. Every tech has been knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. I love that they follow up with you when it's time for your checkups. I don't see using anyone else. Thanks, all of you!

Everyone in this company from the office to the specialist's are so knowledgeable and friendly and professional. They are easy to work with and make the whole process smooth and effortless. My ac system needed extensive work but AC Comfort was very transparent with the current situation. They provided images of everything that needed to be fixed and the customer service was amazing. I live in Katy, my AC went out suddenly over the weekend and I needed help getting it fixed right away. After looking up all the different AC companies out there, I decided to go with AC comfort and was not disappointed with my decision. From the moment I called for information I was very impressed with the customer service. They were able to get me on the schedule for the same day. The technician that inspected my AC system was professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they didn't try to upsell or add unnecessary fixes to the bill. The job was completed without an issue and the overall price was very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use AC comfort and strongly recommend them.
