My ac system needed extensive work but AC Comfort was very transparent with the current situation. They provided images of everything that needed to be fixed and the customer service was amazing. I can see and feel the difference. They definitely made a stressful issue feel so effortless and smooth. I highly recommend ????
I live in Katy, my AC went out suddenly over the weekend and I needed help getting it fixed right away. After looking up all the different AC companies out there, I decided to go with AC comfort and was not disappointed with my decision. From the moment I called for information I was very impressed with the customer service. They were able to get me on the schedule for the same day. The technician that inspected my AC system was professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, they didn't try to upsell or add unnecessary fixes to the bill. The job was completed without an issue and the overall price was very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use AC comfort and strongly recommend them.

Osiel at AC Comfort came to our house for a third service call since my elderly father kept falling asleep and is hard of hearing to answer the door.

Rey and his Pink Team are top notch! They worked with us on nursing our very old AC unit and eventually totally replaced that unit. Jose was amazing!! I called because we needed our vent covers and dryer vent cleaned. After he looked at our vents, I asked if they could clean out our A/C Ducts as well because our walls were dusty. And it was 80 inside the house. I told him that we had just installed a new A/C outside just 4 days before. I chalked up the heat in the house to the 100° weather. Long story short, we needed all ducts replaced, more freon in our new unit and all of our vent covers replaced. He was never pushy and explained everything and showed pics so I felt comfortable giving him the job. They were installed today. I'm looking forward to lower energy bills, cleaner walls and cool comfortable temps in the house. He made sure his team was doing everything right. It shows that he really takes pride in his work. I'm so glad I called him.
