We just moved into our new home and our AC unit stopped working. AC Comfort came out right away and fixed the issue. Jose was our technician. He was very professional and nice. He went over what the issue was that we were having and how he fixed it.

We have used AC Comfort for 3 years now and have always been happy with their service. They respond quickly and take the time to thoroughly explain everything they do or recommend doing. We will continue to use them for any issues that arise.
Excellent education about the state of our compressor, the refrigerant status, current communication between the thermostat and unit, coils, etc. They were personable, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. They provided sound advice to support our decision making for repairs vs a new unit. We appreciated their honesty and that they wore shoe boots for floor protection. Great team and plan to recommend and use them in the future.
Had a problem with my compressor not working when I got home from work and I contacted AC Comfort via the web to set up a service call. They responded within an hour and asked if I needed service that day as they had availability. Fortunately the weather was not too bad so I told them the next day would be fine. Jose came out at 11 the next morning and diagnosed that my compressor fan bearing had gone out which was causing the problem. He was able to fix the problem then and there and also did a full system check on my A/C. Jose was very professional and he was extremely personable. I have been using AC Comfort for a number of years and they have never let me down or done anything but A+ work. I wouldn't choose anyone else for my A/C work.

The service and professionalism of this company cannot be overstated. The 1st visit the owner came and did a fantastic job on our AC. The 2nd visit ( to prepare for winter) a technician, Osiel Garcia came. What a fine young man. He did an excellent job and was very detailed in his explanations. He even helped me order replacement filters, off of my Amazon account, making sure I got the right ones at the best price. And AC's prices are very fair and reasonable.
I give this company my highest recommendation.

This past Friday, 11/3 late, I noticed that my thermostat was totally dead. Since it was a Friday I figured it would be Monday before I could schedule a service appointment. But I decided Saturday morning to leave a voice message so I could be first on Monday.
What a shock! Maria answered the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment! Ozzy, the best technician ever, had everything fixed by 2:00 PM on Saturday!!! Amazing! And the price was unbelievably reasonable. Furthermore, Ozzy walked me through everything, pointing out features and educating me as to what to look for if there is an issue, always ending with an admonition to " Always just call us if you have ANY questions!"

This is a Houston family owned business and they deserve "our" business. These folks work really hard and are so pleasant, honest and are actually competent at what they do! We are lucky to have such fine folks in our community.
AC Comfort is a fantastic company. From Ray, Vicki and every technician that has worked at our house we have been impressed with at every step in the process. If you want someone who is genuine, trustworthy and who truly cares about their customers call them. Even though it was late on a Friday night when our AC went out Ray came out and was able to help get us back up and running.
