Have used AC Comfort since 2017. They have helped us with repairs to our old unit to bring it a little extra life. They have also helped us with the replacement of our new unit in 2018. They are responsive, educated, on time and super knowledgeable at what they are doing. When we were selecting our new AC unit, they guided us through the entire process and made it as seamless and easy as possible. The installation crew worked in extreme heat (June) but got the job done so we could enjoy the luxury of AC again. Ever since the install we have been on their service agreement, which is at an extremely reasonable rate, where they come and service our AC in the spring and our Heater in the fall (you know the few days it gets cooler here in Texas). In fact, I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago scheduling our fall visit. They knew the exact size of air filter I needed to obtain so they can change it when they arrive for the service. We recommend them to family and friends and they never let us down! Thanks AC Comfort for always being COOL and doing a stand up job!

Great and professional service. Installed the A/C system in a day.
When ever your AC unit goes down you think $$$. From the first call to AC Comfort the operator was very sympathetic to our problem. The Technician Jose H. was very professional and kept me in the loop of what he was doing. He provided us with several options and I like the fact that he did NOT push us to purchase a new AC unit (not to say it is not needed, just not in our budget) he offered a repair solution that fit our budget. I would highly recommend AC Comfort. A foot note: including AC Comfort I had two other companies come out. One said he could not repair and I needed a whole new unit. The second diagnosed the same issue as AC Comfort but AC Comfort was half the cost to repair. I hope my review helps ya'll. ????
AC Comfort is seriously the best!!! The level of anxiety I get when I need house repairs is off the charts. My A/C units were not working properly. We had set it to a low temp and the temp kept creeping up. I googled and researched so much and decided to call AC Comfort because of the good reviews and I'm so glad I did. They were able to schedule me the next day (on my preferred date) and even was able to arrive earlier than expected. Rey was amazing. So kind and understanding. He showed us the issues with pictures and explanations. And immediately upon his repairs, the cool air was back! I feel so much better that they will monitor everything moving forward. The piece of mind is unbeatable. Don't hesitate! Give them a call and schedule the appointment!
Quality sevice!! Efficient, effortless, accommodating, and considerate. The few bad reviews are inconsiderate takes on their understandable and still affordable last-minute calls that expected normal charges for rushed and priority services over those that schedule appointments. Jose was very helpful during the service call, the day prior to install. Roberto and his team had everything back up and running by eod. I should've called sooner. (Replaced outside and inside unit with affordable payment plans)
I had Rey replace a whole house system at our last residence in 2015 and was perfectly pleased with his service and performance so much so that we called and asked if he would like to come out and replace the whole house system in our existing home (we are no longer in his service area) but Rey personally made the trip to quote the job and we hired and scheduled on the spot. His crew was on time, sufficient, clean, and professional.

I highly recommend AC comfort to EVERYONE! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Our tech came before taking their lunch because he had a feeling our house would be uncomfortably hot in the middle of this Texas heat wave. What a guy! He solved our issue quickly and answered all our questions. My daughters and I are so grateful to be living in a cool house again. ??
