Amazing and FAST service! Highly recommend. My a/c stopped working and called another company for an estimate, they gave a very high estimate. Called AC Comfort and they showed up an hour later. AC comfort gave me a straight estimate and did not add any unnecessary "fixes". They gave me 2 different estimates, one that was more costly efficient. They explain exactly what they are going to do in precise detail.
They came to fix my a/c on a holiday, the whole process took 48 hrs from them time I first called them.
A huge plus is that they installed portable a/c around the house until they could come to fix the central a/c.
AC Comfort is by far the best AC company we've dealt with. They are always timely & explain everything thoroughly. They document EVERYTHING to show the current state & the completed state once they've completed any work. Prices are fair & more importantly, they do a great job. Highly recommend AC Comfort!
From calling AC Comfort to schedule a maintenance appointment to Osiel arriving on time to his explanation of our system was all done professionally and exceptionally well. They had available appointments the next day. Osiel was kind, on time, professional, descriptive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and AC Comfort.

Rey and his team were prompt, friendly and courteous. Their quote to replace our two evaporator coils was reasonable and installed the next day after accepting the bid. Highly recommended!
Jose Hernandez came out to check our system to figure out why we were seeing water dripping outside and a lot of water in the drain pan. Jose went through checking different things with the system to make sure it was operating properly. He shared some recommendations but there was no high pressure sell to implement recommendations. He took time to explain and show me things he was doing. He took pictures of many things and walked through each instrument reading and before and after pics. We had a clogged drain and a capacitor that needed replacement. Jose was very friendly and professional. We appreciated his approach to this service and ended up signing up for the "Cool Club" for annual maintenance. Very professional organization with several reminders about the appointment and when he was 30 minutes out. I am happy to have worked with them and lol forward to maintaining the system with them.
This company is wonderful to work with. Every employee is professional, personable and illustrates what is obviously a customer service centered culture. They have done work on our home previously but this time they worked on our warehouse. Yes, they do commercial work as well. Can not say enough good things about these awesome people.
I am so impressed with the professionalism and ethics by this company. My AC was not cooling and they sent someone to check and repair it quickly. The techs were knowledgeable and explained everything to me every step of the process. The cost was extremely reasonable, especially for a same day response. I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs.
