Great service done right. The service truck knew what he was doing and identified all the corners cut by previous companies that have worked on the equipment.
Kind, courteous and professional... However, Sept. 2018, they replaced the condenser coil (worth the cost having the pros replace) but then a few weeks later the 'air blower' fan somehow came loose and fell out. This week, found the 'furnace igniter' connectors tucked away and left unplugged. Luckily, I know my way around a furnace or there could have been a few more costly service calls in my future.
