I feel I get honest and price
I have a two bedroom house that's less than 2 years old. I had Rey came to check our units to make sure they were working correctly. The heat hasn't been distributing as well as I had hoped. Rey said our units were in good shape and pointed out basic sections of the system and what they do. He explained why certain rooms are colder and others are hotter. He also gave us a few tips for ways to get the rooms feeling more comfortable. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of. He didn't try to sell a bunch of unnecessary repairs to me. He did recommend another check up during the Spring when we start using cool air, but nothing felt forced on me. I really appreciated his visit and his friendly attitude.
I called AC Comfort early Saturday morning with no heat in my house and Rey was on site within an hour. He inspected the unit and showed me a detailed report of the various components. Rey had us up and running in short order, we are very happy with his service.
Our heat was not kicking on.
We called On a Friday morning and had a tech come out at 5pm That afternoon.
Rey U. came and checked out the unit(throughly) and thermostat, and found the issue and fixed it.
He Recommended some things we needed to do or check for a 10 year old unit.

Rey took great care in explaining the issues with my AC system and his crew members were careful and efficient installing the new components. I have had other HVAC companies charge exorbitant prices for ineffective work in the past, so it was a relief to finally find someone like Rey and AC Comfort. I would recommend them to everyone!
