The tech arrived on time, was neat in appearance, and put shoe covers on before entering. This was truly appreciated as we like to keep outside dirt to a minimum, particularly now. The tech also wore a face covering.
We also received detailed reports about our units, suggested ways to improve the units' performance and to help them last longer. I love that AC Comfort is focused on prevention and repair versus replacement.
