Service was great. They were available that day to come out within an hour and solved our issue quickly without much cost when we were expecting it to be more. I would definitely recommend AC Comfort to others.
Honest, professional, dependable and customer-focused are all adjectives to describe AC Comfort from my experience.
It's painful to replace a complete AC unit. We were in this situation and invited four reputable companies to look at our system and provide offers. We chose AC comfort primarily based on the price point of their offers, but ultimately first impression and product knowledge played a huge role in our decision, too.
Our house was 90° for a week. We called out 2 other companies (one that we purchased the unit from 4 yrs ago) and neither of them did anything to help. They just blamed the weather or said we needed freon and had a leak. Rey came out and advocated for us to get a part that apparently nobody has in TX right now. This is the second time he has saved us from extreme heat/cold. Without his diligence we would have had to wait 18-20 weeks just to get the part we needed or paid out of pocket for a universal part. I will never use another HVAC repair company. He also happens to be my neighbor and a great guy in general. Couldn't be more pleased! 10/10!

We had to have an entire unit installed at our rental property. Since we live out of state, we had to do our due diligence. We contacted AC Comfort and they were straightforward in dealing with our repair. They gave us an estimate, honored it and we were able to get the unit installed within two days. Our tenants are very well pleased and so are we! Thank you AC Comfort.
We have used A/C Comfort for 6 of their 8 years in business. Always prompt, courteous and explains issues. They are the only company we call. We have a few rentals that they have helped us with. Honest and trustworthy.
