What a great AC company! Rey was able to get here earlier than expected, and he spent two hours checking and cleaning our A/C system. Extremely nice and personable, very reasonable rates, completely knowledgeable about our RUDD system. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks Rey and AC Comfort!

Rey is absolutely fantastic! Prices are fair. Always shows up right on time. Finishes on time. Follows up with reminders for when maintenance is due. Said maintenance would be covered with system installation cost. When he came out for first maintenance, as promised, there were no charges. Very polite, friendly guy. My wife and I felt completely comfortable with Rey and his crew working in our house.
Jose is a wonderful technician...friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made sure that he understood my concern and proceeded from there. I like that the company contacted me within 24 hours after my initial email, and scheduling an appointment was easy. I would work with AC Comfort again.

I made an appt on 4/5/19 (Fri) to have my AC serviced. Mr. Rey Ugalde was the tech that showed up. He was on time for the appt and i received text messages that he was on his way. I have been in my house for 2 years. I knew i would have to replace my AC and furnace at some point since it was the original unit. My house was built in 2001. Mr. Rey showed me pictures and discussed with me the problems he found with my AC and furnance. At no point in the conversation did he try to sell me a new unit.
He gave me options and suggestions that i could do, but assured me that i will have to replace it eventually. I decided to go ahead and replace it. The money i wouldve spent to fix all these problems couldve gone to getting a new unit.. I discussed my options with Mr. Rey and made a decision to get a new AC/furnace. AC Comfort was able to install the AC/furnace on 4/6/19 (Sat). @8am. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Rey that I let his team enter my home while i was at work. Once again AC Comfort associates and Mr. Rey were on time. They finished the job around 4pm that day. Im very pleased with the work they did in the attic and how they ran all my ducts and overall workmanship was excellent. If you want excellent service and top notch associates working on your AC, AC Comfort is the company you should look into. They're family owned and i just want to say Thank you for taking care of my house, and doing excellent work replacing my units. Your company is the one that i will use for all my AC/furnace issues and maintenance. Once again thank you very much!
Great experience from start to finish. They exceeded all expectation. Friendly, respectful and highly competent work crew all around. The initial call was easy and pleasant, they respected the schedule, provided follow up reminders and showed up on time. The technician was superb, knowledgeable and patient while providing excellent feedback. Price was right and absolutely no hard sells. They include outstanding diagnostics, with clear photos and information alongside the invoice for your records. The issue was tackled with a thorough, diligent investigation. Technician was friendly and happy to explain and elaborate any inquiries. Highly recommended, they are now my go to AC company.
Great service and knowledge. I needed a new unit, since ours was on it's last legs. I received quotes from five different companies and chose AC Comfort because I felt they cared more about solving my issue than charging me for things I don't need. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive unit, but gave me different options based on my needs. I have a second unit that will need to be replaced in a few years and wil definitely reach out to AC Comfort to do the job. Rey is who came out and I highly recommended him.
