Jose Hernandez was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me on how a system works and answered all of my questions. I was presented with a game plan for repairs and did not feel pressured to make decisions right away. Thank you for the service, would recommend to any one needing HVAC maintenance. I'm new to the home and had no idea what condition our system was in and now I know more than I thought I would after this visit.
He was also wearing PPE and was courteous that I was working from home. I thought it was great customer service during this COVID time.

A/C Comfort has installed/maintained 2 units for us as well as provide maintenance for a 3rd previously installed unit. Owner Rey Ugalde personally took great care to figure out the best configuration for setting up the new system when the design of our (older) home posed some logistical difficulties. Technicians have always been timely, courteous, helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I got to work with Jose Hernandez today and it was a great experience. He was exactly on time and they were responsive to my needs. He was also very professional and went above and beyond explaining the issues to me. Also very good at answering any questions I had.
We haven't had such nice service in years. Ozzy Garcia is very professional and quickly identified the issues with one of our AC units. He explained the situation to us in great patience and took actions to solve the problem in great dedication. He put everything in a very transparent way in which we all can understand and is very honest about the pros and cons of each option. We have some major projects for our AC systems coming in the future and we will definitely go back to Ozzy and AC Comfort!
