I would like to recommend Ray Uvalde from AC Comfort. I called him today at 9am and he was at my house at 11am when he said would be there. He is very professional and has lots of knowledge. He saved me from a bigger bill as my prior technician had wired the fan motor incorrect. Luckily motor didn't fry up.
He offers great service, is honest and was up front about everything. He was able to get our AC system running today and will be back to replace some parts for optimal efficiency.
I highly recommend him for any problems or if you just need tune up and checkup they offer that as well.
Great customer service, fair pricing and the best part, he emails you a diagnosis report with pictures of service needed or parts that are malfunctioning.

AC Comfort has excellent communication and follow-up. Incredibly easy company to deal with. Jose is a great technician and takes the time to explain everything he does and everything he finds, including pictures and goes through all of the options available to you.
Excellent service! You can trust this company. I live out of state and had work done on a rental property there in Katy. He sent me a email diagnostic with pictures and pictures of the repair. ????
Jose and Rey were very friendly and easy to deal with, appointment was easy to get, was on time, explained everything that was wrong and needed fixed. Worked quickly but was also very precise. Would highly recommend.
Showed up on time. Took the time to explain to me things about my AC system and what to look out for. Replaced a capacitor on my compressor and added some refrigerant to the system. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. Rey is trustworthy and does excellent work.

Rey gave me an honest 2nd opinion and provided a report showing why I don't need to replace my units at this time. When the time comes to replace, AC Comfort will definitely be on my list of vendors to request estimates.
