I wanted to point out the remarkable level of professionalism and character your repairman Rey has. He showed up at my home quickly in the scorching heat and provided some of the friendliest, quality work you can find in all of Houston (trust me, I've had to deal with rude repairmen before who don't care about their work). I don't write very many reviews and usually when I do it's negative, but I had to here because I was that impressed with Rey's service. Also, a thank you to Vicki on the phone who made the scheduling and setup of the appointment seamless and simple.
