Absolutely epic experience. Called 7 different companies before I found these guys and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that someone came out within 45 minutes at 8 pm (same day)! Rey was the nicest and most professional technician I've met and was so much fun to work with. He took my house from burning up to feeling like Alaska that same night. I will never use a different company. Cannot recommend enough. Call them now - I promise you will not regret it! 10 out of 5 stars.
I have had an excellent experience with AC Comport, from the very start in terms of setting the appointment , to the end of dealing with the technician and follow up. Jose Hernandez was very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me on how a system works and answered all of my questions. I was presented with a game plan for repairs and did not feel pressured to make decisions right away. Thank you for the service, would recommend to any one needing HVAC maintenance. I'm new to the home and had no idea what condition our system was in and now I know more than I thought I would after this visit.
He was also wearing PPE and was courteous that I was working from home. I thought it was great customer service during this COVID time.

If you are looking for an honest, professional and fair pricing AC company no need to look any further. Osiel "Ozzie" Ulloa did an amazing job as he was extremely professional and explained all the issues every step of the way. I have some knowledge of AC units and actually learned something new today. Ozzie took the time to take photos of all the parts/readings and showed me the issues. I thought we needed a new compressor today but repair was the way to go. I spent 669 for the capacitor, booster and membership club. Great job as you all have earned a lifetime customer!! I would highly recommend this company. I have used John Moore and All Out AC in the past and they were extremely overpriced. Don't make the same mistake I made before. Call AC Comfort!!! They came out the same day I called them and showed up on time.
