Ray was punctual & polite. But most importantly he was very knowledgeable & thoroughly explained the problem. I am glad we called him for a 2nd opinion because he saved us $3000.00 (1st estimate).

These guys were great. Rey listened to me and answered my questions. He was able to repair 1 unit, and the 2nd one we discussed the options. I had the 2nd one replaced, along with the rusted out 25 year old furnace. Jose and Albert did a great job getting the new system installed. Rey and his team were very professional, and very customer focused. They were extremely pleasant to work with, and did a great job. When they were done, they double checked everything they did, went over everything with me, and cleaned up everything. Buying an AC is not cheap, so getting things done right the first time is important. I definitely think I got my money's worth.

I first learned of this company in September 2016 during a home inspection. I've used their service since. Ray is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. He's cost conscious and trys to save customers money instead of selling unnecessary products. I appreciate that he makes recommendations and offers options for maintaining and repairing my AC.
